This headland site is exceptionally beautiful and sits directly above the ocean with stunning sea views both towards Big Buddah and the internationally famous fishing village of Bo Phut. To date the infrastructure for the entire site and the construction of the first three villas has been completed. The project benefits from its own ample supply of water taken from deep water wells located on the site as well as an independent electricity system for the entire project.

The master plan has recently been revised and the project will now consist of 15 luxury villas and 26 one and two bed apartments all with stunning sea views. Construction work on the first apartment complex started in mid 2005 and new villa construction on the remaining units will continue through 2005.

Alongside the 15 luxury villas, there will be 26 one and two bed apartments built in four 3 storey blocks. Each block will contain:
* 3 one bed apartments of approx 87 sq.m
* 2 two bed apartments of approx 150 sq.m
* 2 two bed penthouse apartments with magnificent roof terraces. Total sq.m approx 270 sq.m
To date over 70% of the villas have been sold and the first block currently under construction is nearly sold out
